Do they have more resilience because of me? Do they feel encouraged and stronger because of our friendship? Am I someone who shares not only the joys in the friend’s life, but shares the load and weight of their sorrows and their hard times? Am I someone who makes others better? Am I someone who stands with another in their weakness? How would you answer some of the questions above?Without Jesus at the center of our lives, we’ll put an unfair amount of pressure on our relationships to fulfill us.
